Unlike newborn sessions—where we focus on those peaceful, sleepy portraits—our baby sessions are all about capturing your little one’s emerging personality! This is such a fun stage: your baby is beginning to smile, giggle, hold up their head, maybe even sit or crawl. These milestones make for some truly joyful and memorable images.

While baby sessions tend to be a bit more relaxed than newborn sessions in terms of safety precautions, we’re still very mindful that every baby is unique and at a different stage of development. Your child’s comfort and well-being are always our top priorities. If your baby isn’t comfortable with a particular pose or activity, we’ll never force it. Instead, we adapt to their mood and abilities on the day—working at their pace, capturing natural expressions and genuine moments.

We create a calm, playful environment to bring out those sweet smiles and candid interactions. Whether your baby is just starting to push up during tummy time, or already pulling themselves up to stand, we’ll tailor the session to highlight where they are in their journey.

If you have special outfits, toys, or ideas in mind, we’d love to incorporate them too! After all, this session is about celebrating your baby just as they are—curious, expressive, and wonderfully them.

Pre-sitter Session (2–6 Months):

Babies between 2 to 6 months are in that sweet in-between stage—they’re becoming more alert and expressive but aren’t quite able to sit up on their own yet. For this session, we use a specially designed baby seat that offers full back and neck support to ensure your little one is safe and comfortable throughout.

We’ll capture a variety of angles, including adorable top-down shots, gentle tummy time portraits (if your baby is ready), and sweet close-ups of their expressions. At this age, babies often respond to voices, toys, and smiles, so we keep the session playful and paced according to your baby's mood and comfort.

Outfits and backdrops are chosen on parent's choices. Parents are welcome to bring a favorite outfit, toy and accessories, and we’ll be sure to include it in the session if you wish.

Milestone Baby Session (6 months and up):

When babies reach 6 months, they go through so many exciting changes—learning to sit, crawl, stand, and show off their growing personalities. Our milestone sessions are perfect for capturing all those big little moments: the smiles, claps, chubby cheeks, and curious looks. The perfect time for baby portraits is when your little one can sit steadily on their own-but before they're on the move and walking. 

These sessions are relaxed and baby-led. We go at your baby’s pace, making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. Whether they’re calm and cuddly or full of energy, we’ll capture their unique charm just as they are.

We provide a variety of cute backdrops and outfits to choose from, or you’re welcome to bring something special from home. If your baby is turning one soon, we can also include a fun and messy cake smash to mark this exciting milestone—there’s no extra charge for this add-on! Please note: the cake is provided by parents to ensure it meets your baby’s dietary needs and preferences.
