Welcome to Cozy Hygge Photography! We’re a husband-and-wife team based in Markham, Ontario, Canada with over 13 years of experience in newborn, baby, and family photography — and proud parents to two growing boys of our own.

 

Our journey began when we welcomed our first son. Like many parents, we were overwhelmed by love and amazed at how quickly he grew. We picked up our camera to preserve those fleeting first days… and in doing so, we discovered a passion that would shape our lives.

 

Since then, we've photographed more than 1,500 newborns and babies, and every single one is a reminder of how truly precious this stage is. The newborn phase is incredibly short — a once-in-a-lifetime window that disappears before you know it. That’s why we believe in the power of preserving these early moments through thoughtful, beautiful portraits.

 

At Cozy Hygge, we specialize in posed newborn photography, where every detail matters. From the curve of a tiny hand to the peaceful expression in sleep, we carefully style and pose each baby to highlight their delicate beauty. Safety, comfort, and care are at the heart of every session.
